Finally have some energy and relief from long term insomnia!!
I started taking the Turkey tail at night and the Lions Mane in the morning about 3 weeks ago and have been absolutely amazed at how much better I’m sleeping! I’ve had chronic, severe insomnia for about 20 years after having an emergency hysterectomy. It has been a very difficult thing to deal with. I’ve tried just about every single sleep aid on the market (natural and pharmaceutical) but nothing remotely compares to how well this is working. In April I ordered REISHI - I was going through a stressful time and noticed it really helped me. Less anxiety, better sleep.
