Flow State’s PM blend is a blend of Reishi, Chaga and Turkey Tail, designed to support the immune system, organ health, and help you sink into a peaceful state of calm.
The PM blend is the perfect addition to your evening routine, helping you drop into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Each tin contains 100 grams of the following mushrooms:
Chaga extract (Inonotus obliquus)
Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum)
Turkey Tail extract (Trametes versicolor)

High strength 10:1 extracts.
No fillers or flowing agents.
- Full fruited mushroom bodies.
- Dual extraction (organic alcohol and hot water extraction methods).

How to use:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon into your tea, coffee, smoothie or any food of your choice. Froth it up. Can be added to anything hot or cold.
If you are sensitive to extracts, start with a 1/4 teaspoon. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.
Time of day:
A.M: Usually in the morning or midday. If you're wanting to pump out work in the evening, by all means - go for it.
P.M: Usually in the afternoon or evening, however these mushrooms are fine to take in the morning, too!
Once opened, use within 3 months. Best stored in the fridge.

I had been taking the AM and PM blend for a few months and felt, focused, energied alert and overall great. I decided to try another well known NZ brand of mushroom blend due to affordability, and in my naivety I believed they would be the same. However, they were nowhere near as effective, I found myself feeling low on energy and foggy (similar to how I felt before talking flowstate). I have since gone back to the AM and PM bundles and feel great once again, definitely worth every cent. It's only a mistake until you learn from it right? Then it becomes a valuable lesson

My husband and I have been taking the AM ans PM blends for only a few days and what a huge difference.
