I've been taking flow state Turkey Tail capsules for around 2 months now, and I have to admit I've been feeling amazing. I initially bought Turkey Tail for its known immune boosting and gut health characteristics. But what I wasn't expecting was the increased energy, alertness and focus I seemed to get alongside it. Having two young kids and a busy work life means catching the seasonal plethora of illnesses is inevitable. But since taking Turkey Tail, even though I've been exposed heavily to a lot of runny noses, I seem to have dodged all of it. Pretty sure it's the Turkey Tail! I'm sold. Thanks team Flow State.
